Preamble
These provisions (“Privacy Policy”) set out the data protection and processing principles and practices applied by Öntőgépszerviz Kft. (the “Service Provider”) to its websites (https://www.ontogepszerviz.hu/ and its subpages, collectively the “Website”).
In drafting this Privacy Policy, the following laws were taken into account, in particular:
Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self‑Determination and Freedom of Information;
Act VI of 1998 promulgating the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Strasbourg, 28 January 1981);
Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications.
The aim of this Privacy Policy is to ensure that, without any discrimination (gender, race, religion, etc.), the processing of personal data on all the Service Provider’s online services respects each individual’s fundamental rights throughout every automated or manual operation. The Service Provider acknowledges this Policy as binding on itself.
 
1. Definitions

Data controller: The natural or legal person (or organization) that determines the purposes and means of personal data processing, alone or jointly with others.

Data processor: A natural or legal person (or organization) that processes personal data on behalf of the controller under contract.
Third party: Any natural or legal person (or organization) other than the data subject, controller or processor.
EEA State: An EU Member State or any other state party to the EEA Agreement.
Third country: Any state that is not an EEA State.

2. Principles of Data Processing

Data minimization: Only data adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes may be processed.
Accuracy: Data must be accurate and kept up to date; inaccurate or incomplete data must be erased or rectified without delay.
Integrity and confidentiality: The Service Provider shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Accountability: The Service Provider designs and operates its data processing in a way that demonstrates compliance with these principles.
International transfers: Transfers to third countries require explicit consent or must meet legal conditions ensuring adequate protection; transfers within the EEA are treated as internal.
 
3. Data Subject Rights
Access & Information: You may request details of the personal data processed about you, its source, the purposes, legal basis, duration, and any recipients.
Rectification & Erasure: You may request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data that are unlawfully processed, no longer necessary, or upon your request (unless retention is legally mandated).
Restriction & Marking: You may request the blocking or marking of data under dispute over accuracy or lawfulness.
Objection: You may object to the processing of your data; the Service Provider will respond in writing within 15 days.
Judicial remedies: You may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or seek judicial review without delay.

Purposes of processing: Handling contact requests, sending newsletters, managing business partnerships.
Data categories:
Contact form: e‑mail address, surname, given name, phone number, company, position, address.
Newsletter: full name, company, e‑mail address, country.
Legal basis: Voluntary consent given via form submission.
Data retention: Until you request deletion or until statutory retention periods expire.
Recipients: Authorized staff and external processors (e.g. Facebook for social‑media integration; Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Google Ads for remarketing).
Cookies:

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy unilaterally. Any changes will be notified by publication on the Website; continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
