Re-welding of plates

We provide a solution in those cases when the machine plates can no longer be milled, or a process to increase surface hardness is required. This operation is performed with Fronius welding machines using a so-called Flex Track linear welding robot. With the help of that, we are able to apply 6 mm on the existing surface and, due to the excellence of the technology, by milling down max. 2 mm, we obtain a clean surface, which means that the applied layer is at least 4 mm and we don't have to fear possible indentation, markings or detachment. The advantage of the technology, thanks to the use of a special wire, is that after welding, the surface will be corrosion-resistant due to the INOX content of the raw material, and it will also become harder to approx. 35 HrC.
