We offer complete refurbishment, design, and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders tailored to individual needs.

When it comes to cylinder sizes, there are no size limits – we can refurbish and manufacture cylinders up to 30 tons. Every step of the process is handled in-house, from disassembly to pressure testing.

Stock and Component Manufacturing
We maintain a large inventory of:

• Chromed rods and honed tubes
  
• Cylinder components (piston, cylinder end, rod guide, etc.)
  
• Pre-manufactured seals
  
• With our seal manufacturing machine, we can produce seals of any size and shape
  

Machining Capabilities

• Turning: up to 8 meters
  
• Honing: up to 2 meters (soon up to 12 meters)
  
• Grinding: up to 3 meters
  

After assembly, all refurbished and newly manufactured cylinders undergo pressure testing.
