One of our key clients needed to upgrade the hydraulic system of a 30-year-old die-casting machine after factory support was discontinued. Procuring the original components would have taken an extremely long 26–28 months, making a custom solution necessary.
Our expert team designed, manufactured, and replaced a completely new hydraulic block for the machine’s injection unit, tailored to the client's specific requirements. Including material procurement, the entire process was completed in just 6 weeks, ensuring the machine’s fast and seamless restart.
