The result of our 4-year planning and development work became reality on the drawing board and physically.

Taking into account market needs and making use of our 25 years experience, we have created a hydraulic and electric refurbishing modular system, thanks to which refurbished die casting with the same hydraulic system, using pre-designed and manufactured control cabinets, pressure generators, tool closures and shooting blocks, regardless of the type of molding machine to be renovated and have electric control.

Thanks to the system developed within the framework of the tender, refurbished machines thanks to our update, are able to a higher quality production, compared to their original functions. Refurbishment with the new system is faster and more cost-effective.

We are also very proud of the fact that, in addition to the above advantages, we can deliver a 50% more energy efficient die casting machine after refurbishment.

It is also worth mentioning, that a refurbished (modernized) die casting machine has a 50% smaller carbon dioxide footprint, compared to the production of a new casting machine.
